Insider info
Jean-Paul Lebosnoyani favored — picked against Phil Rowe lean UFC Fight Night: Strickland vs Hernandez · February 14, 2026
strikingsolid
He credits Rowe's power and range but leans against him, worried his willingness to fight off his back plays right into his opponent's strengths.
Rowe is a finish-dependent fighter with legitimate pop in his hands, decent volume, and long, straight punches that benefit from his reach and range control. He's a capable enough grappler in his own right - active off his back with a good choke arsenal - but his comfort working from bottom position is flagged as a real liability against an opponent equipped to keep him there and shut his offense down.
Strengthreal punching power
Strengthgood range control with reach advantage
Strengthactive guard with a solid choke arsenal
Strengthfinishing ability
Weaknesstoo willing to fight from his back, which invites danger against a strong top grappler
