Picked with an explicit 'ever so slightly' framing -- the analyst favors recent momentum over a technical comparison that arguably favors the opponent.

Riding a long winning streak. Her approach is simple but works -- she marches forward and lets her hands go, with kicks that look genuinely sharp. She links combinations well and hits hard, though her guard can drop to a less-than-ideal position right after she throws. The grappling adds another dimension -- she's excellent at pinning an opponent to the fence and, without fully committing to a clinch, unloading heavy, haymaker-style punches from close range, a legitimately dangerous wrinkle in her game; when she opts for a full takedown instead, she brings strong top pressure and punishing ground strikes. She's called for fewer takedowns recently, likely more about the effort required than any decline in ability -- it's probably still her strongest route to victory even though she hasn't leaned on it much lately.
